The most prestigious global gastronomy guide and the synonym for culinary excellence, Michelin will include the Tri Piruna tavern in Vodice on its list of restaurants in its new guide for 2019.
Using five basic criteria: quality of ingredients, food preparation skills and combination of spices, degree of creativity, quality of food and price ratio, the tavern Tri Piruna had pleased professional Michelin’s gastronomy guide inspectors.
The Michelin Guide’s recognition for Tri Piruna is another confirmation of the excellence of the gastronomic offer of the Šibenik-Knin County, which is among the world’s gastronomic capitals.
Namely, the Pelegrini restaurant in Šibenik is the winner of the Michelin star, and the tavern Konoba Boba on Murter can be found on the list of restaurants with Michelin’s recommendation for 2018.
